Summary of the position We are recruiting for a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Engineer Leader who will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the design, construction and management of industrial plants related to oil & gas, petrochemicals, power generation, and other industries. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing projects from concept to commissioning. Responsibilities: • Lead a team of engineers in the design, construction and management of industrial plants related to oil & gas, petrochemicals, power generation, and other industries. • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. • Coordinate with internal departments such as procurement, logistics, and quality control to ensure successful project execution. • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the team. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. • At least 5 years of experience in HVAC engineering with a focus on industrial plants. • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience in managing projects from concept to commissioning. • Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
