HV Harness Engineer (DRE)

We are looking for an experienced HV Harness Engineer (DRE) to lead the design, development, and release of low- and high-voltage wiring harness systems for automotive applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and disciplined change management throughout the product development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Design and release low-voltage and high-voltage wiring harness systems. Lead DFMEA and DVP&R development, execution, and follow-up. Manage and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with design requirements and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement test plans and procedures for HV harness systems. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and release notes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 26262 and IEC 61508. Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders on HV harness system design, development, and testing. Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality components and materials. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive innovation and efficiency in the organization.
