Huxley Associates Belgium - Security Analyst

For one of our clients active in a critical and highly regulated environment, we are looking for a Cyber Security & NIS2 Compliance Expert to support compliance with the European NIS2 directive and the strengthening of IT infrastructure resilience. This strategic mission requires full-time on-site presence as well as regular travel between several sites in Belgium. As a Cyber Security Expert, you will play a key role in the development and improvement of the organization's Cyber Security strategy. Your responsibilities will include, in particular: Supporting compliance with the requirements of the NIS2 directive. Conducting cyber, organizational, and business continuity risk analyses. Developing and maintaining security governance documentation (policies, procedures, standards, business continuity and disaster recovery plans). Participating in the detection, analysis, and management of security incidents. Contributing to the hardening of Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and Entra ID infrastructures. Participating in the implementation of Zero Trust principles and the strengthening of IAM/PAM controls. Collaborating with IT, security, risk, and business teams to ensure an optimal level of security. Raising awareness and training employees on best Cyber Security practices. Participating in crisis management and remediation activities following incidents. Ensuring continuous regulatory and technological monitoring. Your profile Technical skills: Proven experience in Cyber Security, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Solid knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, as well as cyber governance frameworks. Experience in critical or highly regulated environments (Finance, healthcare, industry, essential infrastructure, etc.). Good understanding of IT infrastructures, networks, Active Directory, Entra ID, SIEM, IAM/PAM, and Zero Trust architectures. Experience in incident response, business continuity (BCP/DRP), and crisis management. Project management and IT process improvement skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ticketing tools. Soft skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong analytical and adaptability skills. Team spirit and proactive approach. Rigor, resilience, and sense of responsibility. Intellectual curiosity and willingness to continuously learn. Languages: French: fluent English: professional Dutch is an asset.
