Bracco Suisse SA, based in Geneva, is a company of the international BRACCO group (), leader in the development and commercialization of imaging agents for medical imaging.

Our center in Geneva consists of a production site and an R&D site, as part of a temporary replacement due to illness, we are looking for someone within our Human Resources department:

HUMAN RESSOURCES GENERALIST (H/F) 80% Mission temporaire

Mission du poste :

In collaboration with HR Partners, you will actively participate in the development of the Human Resources department by setting up HR projects and developing procedures. You will participate in all administrative tasks related to a HR service.

Activities :

• Participate and develop HR policies, processes, and procedures on site
• Participate and set up group projects
• Participate in the recruitment process, training
• Manage administrative tasks related to employee life cycle: employment contracts, amendments, attestations, work permits, employee departures, etc...
• Maintain employee files, including updating HR database and ensuring it is complete
• Provide administrative support in HR matters, ensuring compliance with local legislation and regulations.

Profile :

• You hold a Federal Specialist Certificate in Human Resources or equivalent training, or confirmed experience of at least 10 years in the HR field
• You possess extensive knowledge and experience of Swiss HR regulation
• You have excellent oral and written mastery of French and English
• You are of great ethics and respect confidentiality rules
• You demonstrate rigor and organization, with excellent analytical and synthesis capabilities
• You have experience in Top Employer certification and the WORKDAY software
