PX Operations Manager AMPAC – Shape the Future of People Experience! SKF is seeking a PX Operations Manager AMPAC to design and deliver modern PX processes from our hub in Mexico. What you’ll do: Lead and develop a regional PX team across Americas & Pacific Ensure seamless service delivery and employee experience Act as escalation point for operational excellence and service levels Identify service gaps and drive continuous improvement using data insights Collaborate globally to streamline processes and improve employee experience Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize initiatives and projects Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners Drive business results through process improvements and employee engagement Collaborate with the global PX team to share best practices and drive consistency across regions What we’re looking for: Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong understanding of HR processes and systems Experience in a similar role or related field Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Certification in HR or a related field is a plus
