Human Resources Project Manager

About you With experience in change and project management, analysis and agile ways of working, you’re the specialist we need. You have: Experience of providing project management and change analysis support on a wide variety of initiatives within an HR environment, ideally with Workday knowledge. Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills and able to work closely with internal customers at all levels Experience of working with stakeholders across regions to develop and gain approval for projects, ensuring effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including developing project plans, setting milestones, tracking progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery of projects. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and make informed decisions are essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines is also required. You will be expected to maintain accurate records and reports, including project status updates, budget tracking, and resource allocation. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically are necessary for this role. Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures is essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
