Then you're exactly right here. We are STARTPLATZ, the starting point for founders in the Rhineland. Over 1000 startups have we already supported and now firmly established in our network. Currently, we offer with our incubator program as well as our accelerator not only online through our digital STARTPLATZ, but also offline over 800 startups the perfect home to grow and develop further. For this vision, we work, the STARTPLATZ-team, daily passionately on supporting the most innovative and craziest startups from all of Germany in their growth, whether through mentoring, workshops from our startup academy or expert consultations.

And we're looking for YOU as a new member of the STARTPLATZ-family!

Tasks

• You create job profiles and activate job postings on various channels
• You support us in recruiting at both locations
• You conduct independent telephone interviews and accompany personal interviews
• You are responsible for administrative candidate management
• You accompany onboarding processes and general personnel administration
• You develop ideas & strategies for our employer branding and implement them

Qualification

• You are a registered student with an HR focus, ideally
• You have a passion for HR processes and the personnel world
• You are interested in startups and burning for innovations
• You show high self-responsibility, flexibility, and stress tolerance
• You are open and empathetic in dealing with people
