As we scale our teams across India and the US, we’re looking for a Senior HR Executive who can independently handle HR operations and recruitment in a high-growth startup environment. This is a hands-on execution role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Additionally, the successful candidate should be able to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company’s goals and values. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that support business objectives • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment plans • Conducting new hire orientations and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for all new employees • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases • Providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and external partners • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in the field of human resources • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge • Building strong relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders to drive business results.
