Human Resources Manager

Our client, a multinational manufacturing company, is seeking an HR Manager to join their HR team. In this role, you will be supporting and executing key human resource functions, including compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relations. Some of the key responsibilities will include: Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle matters, including employee relations issues and disciplinary cases, ensuring fair and consistent practices. Manage compensation, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related matters. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Analyze and interpret HR data to inform business decisions. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Some of the key qualifications will include: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. 5+ years of experience in HR management. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications.
