Job description
Leads strategic and operational initiatives in key areas, such as:
- Personnel Development
- Career Planning and Succession
- Management and Development Processes (GaD)
- Talent Attraction
- Business Partner RH Activities
Aligns people strategies with business objectives, promoting:
- A high-performance culture
- Talent attraction, retention, and development
Responsible for designing and implementing development programs that:
- Stimulate leadership growth
- Improve team effectiveness
- Support organizational cultural integration
Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to:
- Define hiring needs
- Execute strategic recruitment plans
Coordinates with corporate HR to:
- Roll out global initiatives
- Ensure alignment with local reality
Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory due to:
- Negotiations with suppliers
- Interactions with colleagues who do not speak English
Mandatory availability for relocation to Florianópolis/SC
