As Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for leading our HR function, providing strategic guidance to our leadership team, and developing and implementing programs that drive employee engagement, retention, and development. You will also be expected to build strong relationships with our employees, managers, and leaders across the organization, ensuring that our HR initiatives are aligned with our business objectives. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with our business goals and values. • Provide strategic guidance to our leadership team on HR-related matters, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. • Lead the development and implementation of programs aimed at improving employee retention, engagement, and overall well-being. • Collaborate with managers and leaders across the organization to develop and implement effective performance management processes. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and leaders, ensuring that our HR initiatives are aligned with our business objectives. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in HR, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our HR function. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in the technology industry. • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies that drive business results. • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
