Human Resources Manager

Responsible for implementing, executing and tracking corporate Human Resources policies, processes and programs in the organization. His main function is to ensure compliance with Mexican labor law, correct personnel administration and efficient application of company guidelines. Main responsibilities: Implement Human Resources policies established at the corporate level. Execute and supervise recruitment processes. Develop and maintain effective communication channels with employees. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Analyze and interpret HR data to inform business decisions. Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals. Provide guidance and support to HR staff. Monitor and report on key performance indicators. Ensure the organization's HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
