Location: GUADALAJARA, MEXICO; Remote - Hybrid Experience: 8 YOE as HR manager (technology/consulting) English Level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate or higher) We’re growing fast and looking for talented Human Resources Manager - LATAM with a B2 level of English to join our team! The HR Operations Manager oversees and streamlines human resources functions across the Latin America (LATAM) region, ensuring consistent delivery of HR services, compliance with local labor laws, and alignment with global HR strategies. This role is responsible for managing HR processes, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of LATAM cultures and languages, as well as experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
