Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Gurugram. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement HR strategies to achieve business objectives. • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding. • Conduct employee engagement surveys and develop action plans to improve morale and retention. • Provide guidance and support to employees on company policies, procedures, and benefits. • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop training programs. • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR role. • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
