Human Resources Manager

Collaborating closely with the Human Resources (HR) team in Canada, your mission is to hire the best talent in Asia Pacific. You’ll also be responsible for defining and monitoring the implementation of the company's HR strategies and policies. You will be working closely with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with the company's overall strategy. This includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the employee lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for providing HR support to the business, including employee relations, training and development, and benefits administration. In addition, you will be expected to analyze HR data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive business outcomes.
