Human Resources Manager

We are an international company providing financial services in Mexico. We focus on enhancing financial inclusion across broad segments of the population within four different enterprises. We are looking for an experienced HR Director to build an effective team and foster a positive corporate culture, with an emphasis on intercultural communications. Key responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the goals of each enterprise. Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse workforce that reflects the company's values. Collaborate with department heads to develop training programs and performance evaluations. Foster open communication channels and maintain confidentiality in all matters related to employee data. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develop and manage budgets for HR initiatives. Analyze and report on HR metrics to measure program effectiveness. Provide guidance and support to employees, ensuring a positive work environment. Key qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Director or similar role. Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
