Human Resources Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Human Resource Manager to join our fast-paced real estate firm in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions – from recruitment and employee engagement to performance management and compliance. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, backend, and support roles. Design and implement HR policies , SOPs, and compliance processes. Manage employee onboarding , induction, and exit forms. Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee data, including attendance, leave, and payroll records. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels to foster a culture of trust, respect, and open communication. Provide guidance and support to line managers in managing their teams effectively. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to HR operations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR initiatives with overall business objectives. Analyze and interpret HR metrics and data to inform strategic decisions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to continuously improve HR processes and services.
