Fractional HR Manager / HR Partner

Job Title: Fractional HR Manager / HR Partner Experience: 3-7 Years Engagement Type: Fractional / Part-time / 2 days a week Reporting To: Founders / CEO Location: Bengaluru Role Overview We are looking for a Fractional HR Manager to set up and manage core HR processes across three growing entities. This role is hands-on and execution-oriented, with ownership of HR operations, performance processes and employee lifecycle management . The role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to chaotic situations, streamlining processes and creating order from chaos. Key Responsibilities: • Set up and manage core HR processes across three growing entities. • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall goals. • Manage employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, performance reviews, and exit interviews. • Collaborate with Founders/CEO to develop and implement policies and procedures. • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR processes. • Develop and maintain relationships with employees at all levels. • Provide guidance and support to management on employee-related matters. • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve HR processes. • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Manage budgets for HR initiatives and ensure ROI. • Develop and maintain a positive company culture that fosters collaboration, innovation, and growth. Requirements: • 3-7 years of experience in HR management or a related field. • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with HR software and systems. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
