Job description

Are you in your final semester or a recent graduate and interested in developing your career in Human Resources?


We are looking for a person with a positive attitude, curiosity to learn, and a passion for making an impact through people, to join a dynamic and constantly growing team.


What will you do?

  • Support Human Resources projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate in the updating and administration of documentation, processes, and job descriptions.
  • Analyze Human Resources information and indicators to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate administrative activities and provide support to different areas of the organization.
  • Participate in projects that will give you exposure to different Human Resources functions.
  • Support the implementation and follow-up of Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Follow up on service providers and purchase orders in internal systems.
  • Participate in the organization and coordination of integration activities, work environment, and improvement surveys.
  • Provide support in identifying training needs and executing training programs.


What are we looking for?

  • Students in their final semester or recent graduates of Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related careers.
  • Genuine interest in developing a professional career in Human Resources.
  • Previous experience in internships, social service, or scholarships in Human Resources will be considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Availability to work under a hybrid scheme (3 days in person per week).
  • Availability to work in Naucalpan.
