As a Human Resources Generalist (Retail), you will be part of our HR team, responsible for supporting the retail business with HR-related activities. Your main responsibilities will include: • Providing HR support to retail stores and distribution centers; • Assisting in recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding; • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records; • Coordinating training programs and events; • Developing and implementing HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention; • Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
