Human Resources Generalist (m/w/d) - in Teilzeit

This could be your onboarding at SaleLab if you want to support us as an HR Generalist*in (m/w/d) and help us with 20 hours in Weingarten.

Aufgaben

As HR Generalist*in (m/w/d), you are responsible for all personnel processes in the team, including:

• HR Operations - document management, maintenance of our HRIS Leapsome, processing employee requests, certificates, and work references
• Preliminary preparation, implementation, and evaluation of employee surveys
• Performance & Talent Management - responsibility for our performance cycles, including preliminary preparation, terminations, communication, and further development; organizing training and further education
• Recruiting - responsibility for personnel recruitment, including interviews, hiring manager training, role requirements, etc.
• Event planning - support in planning our quarterly team events and travel management for employees
• Office Management - support in managing and equipping our office, obtaining employee gifts, jubilees, etc.
• Development of our People Department - we want to keep moving forward and need to continuously improve our own processes and approaches

Qualifikation

• You have already gained (first) experiences in HR and are familiar with the basic functions in people management
• You are an open, empathetic person who enjoys contact with people and is good at communicating
• You also like going to the office and are a point of contact on site
• You work structured and independently and have enthusiasm for initiatives in your own area
• You always stay up-to-date regarding new trends in HR or labor law changes
• You speak fluent German and English
