Human Resources Generalist

HR/Talent & EHS Generalist Mission: Ensure the correct integral management of the Human Resources and EHS area in Mexico's plant, ensuring compliance with labor law, payroll administration, attracting and developing local talent, and complying with regulatory requirements for safety, health, and environment. Functions: Define profiles, salary bands, and organizational structure locally in coordination with HQ. Develop initiatives for engagement and organizational culture. Implement and monitor programs to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Coordinate with HR teams to develop and implement policies and procedures. Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters. Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data and records. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Develop and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including government agencies, suppliers, and community organizations. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR and EHS metrics. Provide recommendations to management on HR-related matters. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Conduct exit interviews to identify areas for improvement. Analyze data and trends to inform HR strategies and initiatives. Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data and records. Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
