Human Resources Generalist

The HR Specialist manages complex employee relations cases, ensures compliance with labor laws, and collaborates with HR Manager and COEs to address challenges. This role proactively identifies potential workplace concerns and implements targeted interventions to maintain a positive work environment. Strategic Focus: Supports organizational effectiveness by designing and implementing tailored strategies, facilitating conflict resolution, and addressing escalated employee relations concerns. Staffing: Manages recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate selection, and onboarding. Employee Engagement: Develops and implements initiatives to boost morale, motivation, and productivity. Compliance: Ensures adherence to company policies, labor laws, and regulations. Data Analysis: Utilizes HR data to inform strategic decisions, track trends, and measure program effectiveness. Communication: Effectively communicates with employees, management, and other stakeholders on HR-related matters. Problem-Solving: Resolves complex employee relations issues through active listening, empathy, and creative problem-solving. Collaboration: Works closely with HR Manager, COEs, and other departments to drive business outcomes. Continuous Learning: Stays up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to maintain expertise.
