Human Resources Generalist

Be the bridge between people and performance! We’re looking for an HR professional passionate about employee experience, compliance, and collaboration. Responsibilities Coordinates employee relations programs to ensure compliance with local policies and practices, develops and implements policies and procedures, and researches and responds to employee questions, concerns and grievances. Maintains employee relations records. Collaborates with Latam Talent Team on specific internal compliance projects. Ensures that all HR processes are aligned with company values and goals. Analyzes data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives. Develops and implements training programs for employees. Supports the development of a positive work culture. Provides guidance and support to managers and employees. Maintains confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information. Participates in special projects as needed.
