Human Resources Generalist

Apave International is looking for a Senior HR Generalist with 8–10 years of solid, hands-on HR experience who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations for an assigned Business Unit. This role requires a mature HR professional with strong judgment, operational depth, and the ability to take day-to-day HR decisions independently. The position is fulltime & based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai Role Overview As a Senior HR Generalist, you will be the HR point of contact for one Business Unit, responsible for providing HR support to employees, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compensation planning, and training & development. You will also be expected to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives, as well as maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role requires a high level of autonomy, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
