Job Description : VCP Soft Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer letter, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making recommendations for hiring. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal job postings. • Conducting initial interviews and assessments of candidates to determine their suitability for the role. • Making recommendations for hiring based on candidate assessment and company requirements. • Coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process. • Maintaining accurate records and reports of recruitment activities and results. • Collaborating with other HR functions such as training, compensation, and benefits to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices. • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and processes to meet business needs. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitiveness. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, at least 3 years of experience in HR Recruiting, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
