Job Title: Core Talent Acquisition (TA) – HR Executive Department: Human Resources – Talent Acquisition Location: Vapi, Gujarat Reports To: Senior Manager – Human Resources Job Purpose: To manage end-to-end talent acquisition activities for technical and corporate roles, ensuring timely, quality hiring aligned with organizational growth objectives. The role focuses on building robust talent pipelines, delivering a positive candidate experience, and supporting business stakeholders through effective communication and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent, leveraging various channels and tools. • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer extension. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure timely and quality hiring. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR teams, and external partners. • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement. • Develop and implement training programs for recruiters and hiring managers to enhance their skills and knowledge. • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. • Foster a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates, clear communication, and a seamless process. • Support business stakeholders through effective communication, collaboration, and data-driven insights. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
