Our client is a renowned, internationally active US law firm with over 1,500 legal professionals worldwide. At its modern and centrally located site in Frankfurt am Main, a well-coordinated team of around 45 lawyers advises national and international clients on complex business and financial issues. The company is looking for you as soon as possible as a Human Resources Coordinator (m/f/d) on a full-time basis for the Frankfurt am Main location.
The position is to be filled as a permanent, full-time role directly with our client.
Tasks
- Talent Matchmaking & Candidate Experience: You will accompany the entire recruiting process for lawyers and legal staff – from initial contact, interview coordination, and welcoming candidates to gathering feedback and applicant tracking for the German locations.
- Event Power & Career Fairs: You will plan, organize, and support career fairs, campus talks, as well as internal workshops and talent events nationwide, including travel and logistics coordination.
- Employer Branding & Social Media: Together with your team and advertising agencies, you will make the employer brand shine – from fresh LinkedIn campaigns and website updates to designing cool recruiting brochures and giveaways.
- Legal Staff & Community Contact: You will be the central point of contact for the Legal Staff Team and the local recruiting partners in Frankfurt, organize meetings, and actively support annual performance reviews.
- On-site HR Support: You will manage the onboarding and offboarding processes in Frankfurt, obtain contract signatures for the Munich HR team, process hiring documents, and be the solution-oriented HR contact person on-site.
Qualifications
- You have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree or a comparable qualification with a focus on HR, communication, or business.
- You have initial practical professional experience (up to 1.5 years, e.g., from internships or working student positions) – ideally from a commercial law firm or the professional services environment.
- You are passionate about recruiting and employer branding, demonstrate a high level of service orientation, and enjoy professional exchange with individuals at all levels.
- You impress with your organizational talent, a structured and reliable work approach, and the ability to act proactively and solution-oriented, even under tight deadlines.
- Due to the international orientation of the firm, very good written and spoken German and English skills are essential.
- Proficiency in the common MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) as well as experience with SharePoint complete your profile.
