Human Resources Compliance Manager

Job Title: Manager – HR Compliance & Liaison Location: Kumbalgodu, Bengaluru Experience: 8 Years Employment Type: Full-Time | Company Rolls Role Summary Responsible for end-to-end HR statutory compliance and government liaison for factory and project operations across India, ensuring timely filings, renewals, and adherence to existing and upcoming labour laws. Key Responsibilities Manage HR statutory compliance for factories and project sites PAN India Liaison with Labour Department, Factory Inspectorate, and other regulatory bodies Ensure compliance with various labour laws, including but not limited to: Payment of Bonus Act, 1961; Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972; Maternity Benefit Act, 1961; Equal Remuneration Act, 1974; and other relevant acts. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely submission of returns, reports, and certifications Maintain accurate records and documentation of compliance-related activities Provide guidance and support to HR teams across India on statutory compliance matters Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as needed Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal stakeholders, including HR teams, management, and employees. Key Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field Minimum 8 years of experience in HR compliance, labour laws, and government liaison Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and regulations Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office applications
