Education and Experience Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• 1 year of experience in a similar role preferably
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) or Canva preferably.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO-14001,& ISO-45001:2018 requirements applicable
• Basic knowledge of NOM-035 Risk Factors in the Workplace - Identification, Analysis and Prevention.

Essential Functions:
• Generate and issue organizational structure communications timely
• Programming, coordination and execution of monthly Communication Meetings, as well as issuing established evidence to Corporate.
• Programming of internal and external events, as well as coordinating and executing the activities of the same.

Physical Demands:
• Constant communication with colleagues.
• Availability to attend weekend events
• Support for out-of-work hours for employee communications or HR requirements.
