About the Role:

As our HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR strategies and solutions across the business. You will work closely with senior leaders and employees to align human resources practices with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to implement effective HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
• Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, and organisational development.
• Support recruitment efforts to attract top talent.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies, and procedures.
• Use data and insights to inform decisions and continuously improve HR processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Australia.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work both strategically and operationally in a fast-paced environment.
