As a Human Resources Business Partner at Omoda & Jaecoo, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. This role is critical in supporting the growth and development of our employees, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to support business objectives; • Providing HR guidance and support to management and employees; • Conducting employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge; • Analyzing and interpreting HR data to inform business decisions; • Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in HR management or a related field; • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations; • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
