Human Resources - Business Partner (Logistics, SAP)

Responsibilities: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide strategic HR guidance and support. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion by promoting equal opportunities and addressing biases. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that promote job satisfaction, retention, and overall well-being. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR processes and procedures that support business objectives. Provide guidance on compensation and benefits programs to ensure fairness and equity. Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
