This opportunity sits within a lean HR team and offers broad exposure across both strategic and operational HR in a dynamic, globally connected environment. Reporting to the HR Director, you will operate across the full spectrum of HR, combining business partnering, talent acquisition, and HR operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to the financial services organization's Singapore office, working closely with the local management team to drive business outcomes through effective people management. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's overall goals, as well as providing guidance on employment law compliance, employee relations, and talent development initiatives. The role will also involve collaborating with other HR stakeholders across the region to ensure consistency and best practice in HR service delivery. In addition, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement within the HR function.
