We have an exciting role for a Human Resources Business partner in our Auckland, New Zealand office. This role is in-office. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for partnering with the business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. This includes developing and implementing HR programs and policies that support the organization's growth and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and laws, as well as excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities include: • Providing HR guidance and support to management and employees on various HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. • Developing and implementing HR programs and policies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives. • Collaborating with business leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives that support the organization's growth and development. • Analyzing data and metrics to inform HR decisions and measure program effectiveness. • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 3-5 years of experience as an HRBP or similar role.
