Summary

Acts as a strategic advisor and HR expert by aligning HR strategies with business goals, while providing support and guidance to management and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Human Resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information and recommending courses of action.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating changes, enforcing adherence, and advising management on necessary actions.
• Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems
• Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
• Assist in evaluating reports, decisions, and outcomes in relation to established departmental goals. Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continuously improve department efficiency and service delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years experience of Human Resources Business Partner is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly—though not limited to—Excel pivot tables and data analysis in Excel.
• Advanced English level (B2 in CEFR) and excellent communication skills.
• Excellent leadership and organization skills, with critical mind-set and proactiveness
• Position on-site to work in Puebla.
