As an HR Associate at Shopee, you will be allocated to a specific HR function, such as Recruitment, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement & Employer Branding, People Operations & Talent Management. The exact domain you will focus on will be determined 1-2 months prior to your joining, based on the evolving needs of the organisation and your personal preferences. You will be working closely with the People Team to support the HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of the HR processes and providing administrative support to the HR team.
