About the Role The HR Operations Associate at Arcana will work closely with business and engineering teams to support and scale people operations. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on employee experience, HR operations, and process excellence. You will be a key point of contact for employees and play a critical role in ensuring HR processes are smooth, timely, and consistent. Responsibilities Own end-to-end onboarding operations: documentation, coordination, checklists, and employee readiness. Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization. Develop and maintain HR systems, processes, and tools to support business needs. Provide exceptional customer service to employees, ensuring their questions are answered promptly and accurately. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce administrative burdens. Analyze data and metrics to measure HR program effectiveness and make recommendations for future enhancements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and minimize risk. Work closely with the HR team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive business results.
