Human Resource Executive (LY-HR06)

We’re looking for a HR Executive with hands-on experience who enjoys building culture, strengthening processes, and supporting creative teams as they grow. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, resume shortlisting, interview coordination, and candidate communication. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and create a compelling employer brand. Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs that meet business objectives. Analyze HR metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to optimize HR processes. Support the development of company-wide policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion by promoting equal opportunities, addressing biases, and celebrating individual differences. Provide guidance and support to employees on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve HR services and contribute to the organization’s success.
