Human Relations Agent - Application of Measures - Nord-du-Québec

Availability : Day/Night/Evening

Location : Umiujaq, Nord-du-Québec

Per Diem : $50 per day worked

KM and Accommodation : Covered.

Start Date : 2025-10-03

End Date : 2025-11-28

Missions :

- Conduct activities of design, evaluation, orientation, consultation, and updating.

- Evaluate the psychological social needs of the user and their environment.

- In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, develop an intervention plan and guide the user towards good resources.

- Inform, sensitize, and encourage participation from the user and their loved ones in the intervention plan.

- Facilitate groups as needed.

Requirements :

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in humanities or social sciences such as criminology, social work, psychology, psychoeducation, sexology.

- Valid RCR (Recherche et Conseil en Relations)

- Hold a Bachelor's degree by accumulation including three clinical certificates: Social Work, Criminology, Intervention with Young People, Toxicomania, Mental Health, Victimology, etc.

- Recent and relevant experience as a Human Relations Agent

- Experience in crisis intervention

- Experience in mental health and addiction

- Knowledge of the reality of Nunavik

- Advanced bilingualism
