Your tasks

Family Help supports people in their daily lives, with attention to care, well-being, and household management.

As a Home Care Support Worker, you support people with a care need in their home environment with household tasks. The client is always at home when you are, and you work in a team with colleagues from the home care and care teams. You are responsible for:

• Cleaning the home.
• Occasionally doing laundry and ironing.
• Paying attention to your client
• and their needs.

• No experience or diploma required.
• A passion for cleaning and a heart for people.
• You enjoy sociable contact and communicate quickly.
• You work on time and in consultation with your client and care team.
• Reliability and respect for the privacy of your client are self-evident.

In some regions, adapted transportation is helpful to reach clients, especially if you want to work full-time.
