Hubspot CRM Manager

What is the role? We are looking for a revops & sales engineering manager for planning & managing sales process automation. You are someone who likes working with data and insights and making decisions based on it. An eager candidate to make an impact at Xoxoday and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, hyper-growth environment and can operate fluidly between the 30,000-foot strategy level and the micro-detail to get things right. Key Responsibilities 1.Outstanding problem solving & data skills to make informed decisions about sales process automation. 2.Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales process automation initiatives. 3.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Xoxoday product suite and its applications in various industries. 4.Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales process automation initiatives and make recommendations for improvement. 5.Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize sales process automation opportunities, develop business cases, and create project plans. 6.Partner with Sales Engineering team to ensure seamless integration of sales process automation with existing workflows. 7.Maintain a high level of technical expertise in HubSpot CRM and other relevant tools and technologies. 8.Work closely with the Product team to identify and prioritize feature enhancements that support sales process automation initiatives. 9.Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to inform sales process automation strategies. 10.Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices in sales process automation and apply this knowledge to drive business results.
