Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HubSpot CMS Developer to support ongoing digital initiatives, optimize existing components, and manage the cleanup and restructuring of the CMS area within HubSpot. This is a remote role available exclusively to contractors located within the European Union.


Your Responsibilities

  • Build, modify, and maintain HubSpot CMS modules, templates, and themes.

  • Work with CMS Hub, Drag-and-Drop Editor, and Design Manager.

  • Implement updates and optimizations across HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and JavaScript assets.

  • Integrate HubSpot with other tools using APIs, webhooks, and tracking systems.

  • Refactor and clean up existing components, improving performance and structure.

  • Apply SEO best practices and optimize website performance within HubSpot.

  • Use Git for version control in collaboration with the wider digital team.

  • Work autonomously and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, and external vendors.


Must-Have Skills

✔ Strong experience with HubSpot CMS (CMS Hub, DnD Editor, Design Manager)

✔ Expertise in building and maintaining HubSpot modules, templates, and themes

✔ Proficiency with HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript

✔ Experience with HubSpot integrations: APIs, webhooks, forms, tracking

✔ Git for version control

✔ Knowledge of SEO and site performance optimization

✔ Ability to clean up, refactor, and organize existing HubSpot assets

Nice to have:• Understanding of HubSpot CRM objects, properties, and workflows
