We are now seeking a highly experienced HubSpot CMS Developer to join our growing team.

About the Role
We’re looking for a HubSpot CMS expert with deep technical fluency in HubL, HubSpot CLI, and custom module development. You’ll lead development for HubSpot-hosted websites and web applications, building fully custom themes, managing HubDB-driven pages, and integrating with external APIs and HubSpot CRM data. The ideal candidate is a problem solver who can build scalable and performant sites that give marketers flexibility without compromising on quality or speed.

What You'll Do

• Architect and build custom HubSpot themes using HubL and the HubSpot CMS CLI
• Develop reusable drag-and-drop modules with marketer-friendly controls via fields.json
• Create dynamic, database-driven content experiences using HubDB
• Integrate custom objects and CRM data into site templates
• Manage content staging, testing, and deployment workflows
• Build dynamic listing pages using HubDB and personalization rules
• Implement smart content targeting by device, lifecycle stage, or referral source
• Set up membership-based content with HubSpot’s login and password protection tools
• Build and deploy serverless functions in HubSpot (Node.js) for custom form handlers, redirects, and API logic
• Integrate HubSpot CMS with internal and external APIs (CRM, CMS, Forms, Email, third-party sources)
• Optimize for SEO and performance including Core Web Vitals, schema, image compression, and lazy loading
• Build multi-language sites with proper hreflang tags and URL strategies
• Develop custom blog templates with filters for authors, tags, and topics
• Create interactive UI experiences using JavaScript or React within HubSpot modules
• Use the Design Manager, File Manager, and content partitioning tools for enterprise builds
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and strategists to deliver work on time and to spec

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience developing on HubSpot CMS with a strong portfolio of custom builds
• Expert-level proficiency in HubL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and HubSpot CLI
• Experience building and managing HubDB tables and dynamic content
• Demonstrated ability to build serverless functions within the HubSpot ecosystem
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and data handling within HubSpot templates
• Understanding of technical SEO, structured data, and web performance
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM architecture and custom object usage
• Experience building websites with multilingual support and content partitioning
• Ability to translate business goals into scalable, modular code
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• HubSpot CMS Developer certification
• Experience working at an agency or with multiple client portals
• React or Vue experience inside HubSpot modules
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and ADA compliance
