Hub Manager

We are looking for an ambitious Hub Manager with entrepreneurial spirit, who will develop and coordinate a local team of brokers in Brasov, within the national network 123Credit - the main aggregator of credit products in Romania. ︄︆︅︉︉︌︃︄︂︆︄︄︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎

• Relevant experience in banking (credit officer, agency/sucursal director), credit brokerage, insurance brokerage, consultative sales of financial services.
• Entrepreneurial or team coordination experience
• Leadership and team motivation skills;
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities;
• A strong orientation towards results and high income based on commissions;
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to make decisions;
• The capacity to build long-term relationships with banks and partners;
• Autonomy, discipline, and the ability to work without a fixed schedule;Desire for digitalization and technology use in brokerage.

Duties:

• Developing and managing a local hub of credit brokers under the 123credit brand;
• Direct credit brokerage activity (mortgage, personal needs, leasing);
• Recruiting, training, and coordinating a minimum of 5 local brokers;
• Ongoing coaching and monitoring of team performance;
• BUILDING AND MAINTAINING RELATIONSHIPS WITH LOCAL BANK BRANCHES;
• DEVELOPING A NETWORK OF PARTNERS: REAL ESTATE AGENTS, DEVELOPERS, AUTO DEALERS, COMPANIES;
• Increasing market presence;
• MANAGING LEADS RECEIVED FROM THE 123CREDIT PLATFORM AND ALLOCATING THEM TO THE TEAM;
• IDENTIFYING OFFICE SPACE AND ORGANIZING IT;
• PERIODIC REPORTING TO THE NETWORK DIRECTOR REGARDING PERFORMANCE, INVOLVEMENT, AND HUB DEVELOPMENT;
• MONITORING ZONE PERFORMANCE AND ACHIEVING BUSINESS OBJECTIVES;Respect for internal procedures, quality standards, and professional ethics.
