Responsibilities

• You ensure the high-standard implementation of all operational activities specific to the hub.
• You communicate effectively and professionally with management, the internal team, and external partners, facilitating collaboration and alignment of objectives.
• You respect and support the application of the Internal Regulations and the company's operational procedures.
• You monitor and optimize equipment usage, identifying and promptly reporting any malfunctions or necessary improvements.
• You prioritize and coordinate tasks and resources, optimizing team performance and workflows.
• You create and maintain a work environment based on respect, responsibility, collaboration, and performance.
• You ensure compliance with health and safety (SSM) and fire safety (PSI) regulations and promote a solid safety culture in the workplace.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of English - intermediate/advanced level (mandatory).
• Knowledge of another foreign language represents a competitive advantage.
• Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
• The ability to lead by example, motivate the team, and manage challenges calmly and responsibly.
• Strong results orientation, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
