As a Solution Architect at HSO International, you will be part of a dynamic team that delivers cutting-edge Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for clients across the globe. Your role will involve working closely with our clients to understand their business needs and developing tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will also collaborate with other teams within HSO International to ensure seamless integration of solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for: • Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionality and its applications. • Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and developing tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. • Designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that meet client requirements. • Working closely with other teams within HSO International to ensure seamless integration of solutions. • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and applying this knowledge to improve our solutions. • Participating in knowledge-sharing sessions and contributing to the development of best practices within the team. What we are looking for: • A degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline. • At least 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably in a solution architect role. • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionality and its applications. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with Agile development methodologies is an advantage.
