HSEQ Officer

As an HSEQ Officer, you are an important link within our experienced HSEQ team. You will contribute to strengthening the SHEQ culture and provide support both policy-wise and operationally. No day is the same: from conducting risk analyses and updating procedures to coaching employees and advising clients on safety and sustainability. You actively contribute to the prevention policy, analyze incidents, and conduct inspections. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of audits and guide teams in safety and ergonomics.

• Supporting internal and external audits
• Analysis of incidents and recommending improvements
• Guiding operational teams
• Organizing training sessions and maintaining external contacts
• Reporting and contributing to the quality handbook

Location: Zellik, Flemish Brabant

We are looking for a driven SHEQ professional with a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in a technical field. You must have at least the prevention advisor certificate level 2; level 1 or an ADR certificate is a plus. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, but motivated starters with a strong interest in our field are also welcome. You work accurately and independently, possess excellent communication skills, and know how to motivate people.
