Your role
AGAP2 is looking for an HSE Technician for an important partner company operating in the photovoltaic sector, for a project located in the province of Ferrara. The resource will be directly involved in the field and will have an operational role in managing and monitoring Health, Safety & Environment aspects within the construction site.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections to verify compliance with HSE procedures and safety regulations.
- Monitor operational activities, identifying any unsafe behaviors, risky situations, or non-conformities.
- Promptly report critical issues encountered and support the follow-up of related corrective actions.
- Verify the correct use of PPE and the application of preventive and protective measures provided.
- Check compliance with safety procedures by contractors, subcontractors, and personnel present on site.
- Support the HSE Manager and the project team in daily health, safety, and environment management activities.
- Collaborate in the management, verification, and updating of site HSE documentation.
- Support the organization of toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness activities for operational personnel.
- Participate in HSE inspections and contribute to evidence collection and related reporting.
- Record and support the management of incidents, near misses, and potentially dangerous situations.
- Collaborate with the CSE (Safety Coordinator in Construction) and various operational figures on site to ensure daily application of safety standards.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably gained on Construction, Energy, or Photovoltaic sites.
- Good knowledge of Spanish and English at a professional level, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment regulations applicable to construction sites.
- Experience in monitoring site operational activities and managing HSE risks and non-conformities.
- Ability to conduct site inspections, operational safety checks, and verifications.
- Preferable experience on photovoltaic sites and knowledge of the main operational installation and assembly activities.
- Good knowledge of project HSE documentation and related compliance requirements.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for interacting with companies, operational teams, and technical stakeholders.
- Availability to work full-time at the construction site.

The salary for this role ranges between €35,000 and €39,000.
The position is classified within the scope of the CCNL Commercio e Terziario (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Commerce and Tertiary sector) applied by our company.
The positioning within the range will be determined based on technical skills, specific experience in the role, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and neutral criteria.
In the presence of profiles with exceptional characteristics compared to the indicated range, a revision may be considered subject to internal approval.
