HSE Specialist - SETTORE INFRASTRUTTURE

A Client Company with headquarters in Padua, with over 1000 employees, more than 10 million euros in revenue, operating for over 15 years in the engineering, architecture, and environment sectors, as well as business consulting, has entrusted us with the task of identifying a Person interested in taking on the role of HSE Specialist to be hired directly on a freelance basis. Work location: Bari, mobile and temporary construction sites - infrastructure - highways - railways. The HSE Specialist role involves: - conducting HSE audits - collaborating with site engineers during audits - inspections and surveys on safety and environmental conditions - recording non-conformities, including those of contractors - preparing an action plan and monitoring closures - verifying compliance with project prescriptions and laws at construction sites - identifying the modalities and responsibilities regarding requests from involved parties - corrective and preventive actions - verifying the technical-professional suitability of contracting companies and executing companies - verifying and updating the preliminary notification to be sent to supervisory bodies - updates to the Safety Plan and Coordination Plan and DUVRI. Verifying safety costs and supporting payment. To take on this role, it is necessary: - having a degree or Master's degree in technical fields (geometer - Engineer - Architect) - having gained two years of experience in the same field within infrastructure - being available full-time with flexible hours, including night shifts (once a month) - holding an RSPP and/or CSE certification - possessing a B-class driving license and owning a vehicle - knowledge of Str vision software is preferred. The contractual framework provides: - freelance collaborator - RAL commensurate with experience and skills already acquired.
